The firm is also a recognised market leader in project managing full recruitment needs in the area of “start-up green field” projects.
Let’s Operate have been collaborating with Head Hunt International since 2009. Initially our brief was to harness technology to help drive efficiency in the firm, to help it navigate through the international recession that was decimating the recruitment sector at the time. Together we restructured the technology which the firm’s day-to-day operations depended on, empowering Head Hunt to emerge as an incredibly lean and agile enterprise. An enterprise which could rapidly scale its operations and technology cost base up or down as the market required.
Head Hunt has once again been growing rapidly in recent years, not just in size but also in the scope and breadth of its operations. This growth has brought new challenges with it, key amongst which is how to leverage technology and customer insight to maximise the firms growth potential. That’s why we’re now working with Head Hunt to construct a single customer view across their growing pool of data sources. A single view, backed by a focused set of actionable metrics which will enable Head Hunt to ensure that every decision they make is an insight driven one.
